Temporary and Contract Electrical Maintenance work in London

A number of temporary and contract positions are due to go live for Electrical Maintenance and building services engineers for a number of commercial sites in the city of London. These will initially be a few days but will become ongoing contract work for the right candidate/s

This will be paying a minimum hourly rate of £14 per hour + appropriate overtime rates

Job Description Electrical Maintenance Engineer Maintenance Technician Electrically Biased Maintenance Technician Electrical Technician

The Role Job Description Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical Bias) Multi Skilled Technician To carry out electrical/mechanical services Planned Preventative Services and Reactive Works in time and up to date To carry out electrical Services, extra works and emergency procedures Ensure all Statutory & mandatory compliance maintenance and records/certificates are kept up to date at all times in line with the contractual requirements

All maintenance tasks to take into account, PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards Fault Finding and plant adjustments Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical services, plant and systems

Respond to reactive works. General duties will require multi skilled discipline to carry out work such as fault finding to electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHU's along with cleaning of foul water systems, drains, inspections and repair of all M&E systems such as extract and supply air ductwork systems, plumbing and heating systems

Key Performance Indicators Site Planned Maintenance carried out on time and in line with current standards Site Statutory Compliant & Contractually compliant at all times with regards to maintenance Follow a co-ordinated Maintenance regime.

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifica tions Required To City & Guilds /NVQ/BTEC level in Electrical engineering or similar or building services is desirable or suitable experience. Forward thinking pro-active approach Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and clients at varying levels.

A recognised apprenticeship with a minimum of City & Guilds craft certificate (or equivalent) and 3 year's experience in the trade IEE 17TH Edition Regulations - Previous supervisory skills in the Electrical services industry Minimum of Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B or equivalent BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability desirable
